King Fish Creole
Fresh filet of king fish rubbed in herbs and spices, slowly cooked with a tantalizing hot and spicy tomato based Creole sauce.
Yellow fin tuna, marinated with citrus juices, herbs and spices. Pan-seared rare, served with wasabi sauce and a tropical fruit salsa.
Steak & Shrimp
U.S. 8oz. Tenderloin steak grilled to your liking. Served with mushrooms, onion rings and grilled tomatoes. Accompanied by three jumbo coconut shrimp.
Bajan Style Flying Fish
Locally caught flying fish, gently spiced with Bajan Seasoning and pan-fried (coated with bread-crumbs). Served with either garlic butter, Cajun or tartar sauce.
Thai Style Fishermans Catch
A Pan-seared fillet of locally caught fish (your choice), seasoned with herbs and spices. Slowly simmered and served in a red Thai curry sauce, spiced to your desire: mild, medium or hot.
Harlequin Fish Pie
Gently poached, locally caught fish, spiced and seasoned. Bound together in a creamy Cajun sauce. Served under a blanket of mashed potato with a cheese topping. Served with a side of vegetables.
